Customer support has been great for rolling out this app. Dedicated 1 on 1 video calls to help me get the app set up for some somewhat complicated shipping profiles.

Incredible app! Due to the wide range of products we offer, we needed specific shipping rates set up and ShipMagic was the app to do it.
