Very slow customer service. I am not able to setup the app due to no reply in chat.

Excellent customer service! Reached out about a styling issue and had it resolved within an hour. I asked for multiple changes and iterations which the team had no problem implementing right away. The product itself seems solid. Simple, easy to use, and still has all the features you need for shipping protection. Definitely think this is the best solution on Shopify after installing multiple others before this.

Highly recommend so far. Had to switch over from Navidium after our customers were unable to checkout. Navidium spent over 8 days not doing anything about it, and OrderArmor's live chat corrected the issue within 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
