I absolutely love this app. Around 40% of my customers add shipping protection during checkout, which has boosted my AOV significantly. What I really like is that the team at monstersapp can integrate it directly into a button, making it super easy for customers to select with almost no friction. I'm telling you, little things like this matter a lot. Even an extra $5 per customer adds up fast. I have yet to be disappointed with their service. Charlene and the team have been awesome to work with, super fast responses and they get problems solved instantly. If you're thinking about it, just download the damn APP!! You won't regret it.

Shipping Protect has been a really easy app to use. It has allowed our customers piece of mind that there parcel will arrive safe and sound and has been an easy way for us to collect fee to pass onto our delivery service without it being an out of pocket expense. Ship Protect is great! Super easy to setup and use. Had a warehousing issue, I emailed support and within 5minutes Ty one of the founders was able to support to get those orders filtering back through to the warehouse! All in all can't fault them!
