When Shopify changes the rules or throws up new hurdles, Ship Protect adapts quickly with crafty solutions that keep everything running smoothly, and when the rare issue does pop up, their support is excellent — fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. If you run e-commerce and haven’t implemented Ship Protect yet, you’re leaving both money and customer trust on the table.

Haven't had a chance to run tests yet on this new app to us but the customer service is one of the best! Angelica responded quickly and was easy to work with. This + monster carts will be a game changer.

If you're on the fence about this app, GET IT! Our customers love it because they know their packages are protected and we love it as a simple up-sell. We've got it working in with the monster apps cart and it's seamless. Customer service is amazing, with all our queries dealt with very quickly. A definite 5-stars from me!

Shipping Protect has been a really easy app to use. It has allowed our customers piece of mind that there parcel will arrive safe and sound and has been an easy way for us to collect fee to pass onto our delivery service without it being an out of pocket expense. The customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend this app.

I had some issues with the app after upgrading our theme to the latest version, and couldn't get this working for some time. Support was able to resolve the issues I was having and everything appears to be working now. For the time the app has been working we've seen a great ROI and have been very pleased with it.

Ship Protect is great! Super easy to setup and use. Had a warehousing issue, I emailed support and within 5minutes Ty one of the founders was able to support to get those orders filtering back through to the warehouse! All in all can't fault them!

Customer support helped fix the problem in a timely manner. This app is a must if you have physical products. It pays for itself and then some. Totally worth it!!

This app is a no-brainer! We have slightly longer shipping times servicing multiple countries and offering our customers additional peace of mind is precious. We have had a 19399 % ROI and 0% claim back. Money for jam!
