The BEST customer service I have experienced with ANY developer. My request was carried out extremely quickly and works a dream The app is great too and is sure to improve conversions on my website. A credit to Shopify!

Great App, Offered exactly what I was looking for. It helps you calculate the shipping at your cart view, which would let your customers know what to expect about shipping costs instead of them proceeding to the checkout page without knowing this vital information. it would definitely help reduce abandoned carts and would give customers better trust of your website. It is also fully compatible with the shipping configurations that are done in the Shopify admin page last, I like the support of CodeBlackBelt, very proactive and so responsive. Keep up the great work guys..

great app. Takes time off my hands from answering customer emails and configuring how much shipping will cost outside of the US. Definitely think it helps with customers abandoning cart.

I realized our abandoned cart rate was at a staggering 90%. I assumed it was the fact that our customers couldn't see how much shipping was until they inputed their address info. Within an hour of installing the Shipping Rates Calculator we received an order. Within 8 hours many more orders poured in! This was a life saver, we were leaving a lot of revenue on table before Shipping Rates Calculator

Realmente incrível! O aplicativo que estava faltando na minha loja. Certamente, muitos carrinhos abandonados se deram pelo fato de não terem a certeza do valor do frete. Só Tinham essa informação se preenchesse todo o formulário.A partir de agora, antes de finalizar suas compras, o cliente saberá o valor real do frete e estimativa de prazo da entrega. Recomendo a todos!

Just installed it today and checked it numerous times. It works flawlessly. A prospective customer inquired about shipping rates via Messenger and that's the reason why I decided to install the app because it enables customers to track their shipping rate page for page as they shop.

FINALLY someone got it right! I have been waiting years from a shipping calculator that was super simple to install (one click or maybe 2) and would tell my customers what day they could expect the shipment, helping them choose the correct shipping amount! I no longer get phone calls from customers asking when their product will arrive if they order today. Thanks so much

At www.ozkidsworld.com.au needed to fine tune our cart page and installed shipping rates calculator plus. This is a fantastic app and even better support. The guys helped customise the layout and tweaks to text boxes and buttons. Love the automatic geolocation input of users location and calculation of shipping rates. Keep up the good work guys.

This is an outstanding app. Finally something that lets customers know what the actual time frame is from USPS Priority Mail. Example: Just got an email from a customer this morning that was upset that the Priority Mail setting displays a 2 day delivery. But with this app it showed her that she wouldn't receive the item until April 17th. This app made it clear to my customer that she would not receive the order for an additional 4 days, not the 2 days that USPS displays. She wasn't happy that it was 4 days but at least she knew from the start that the order was not going to be 2 days. I have had way to many unhappy customers because of USPS stating 1 and 2 day deliveries when it was not going to happen because of weekends and holidays. The customer support was excellent, everything I needed they did. Very impressed. I'm so happy I just purchased the app annually, I don't intend to get rid of it.

This is a truly useful app. As an online consumer, I've always been frustrated when some stores make you go through the entire checkout process before they will provide shipping quotes. When I started my own online store, I knew I wanted to have the shipping cost right in the cart for my customers. This app has made this super easy and at a really affordable price.
