This is one of the first apps I installed for our store, it's a must if you're shipping and have multiple shipping options. The only problem that comes up is that if a customer selects an upgraded shipping option, it doesn't carry over to Checkout. This isn't any fault of the app, it's all on Shopify. Also, their support is great. Had an issue on a Sunday afternoon and they were right on top of it, and it was a simple fix.

Caveat: I've only been using this app for a short time. However so far the experience has been extremely positive. The app is easily configurable and does what it is supposed to do without much fuss. There are a lot of options available and it does provide pretty crucial shipping information based on geolocation right inside the cart without the customer having to make any manual input. So it's actually quite useful for the customer to figure out ahead purchase what the total cost would be including shipping. We are hoping that it will help in reducing cart adandonment. ShopCircle's support team is also excellent: very fast and very knowledgeable and super helpful.

This app is really helpful as potential buyers get an estimate of shipping costs without entering all their details first. The customer service is great and responds very quickly to any questions.

This shipping calculator app is amazing! Michael helped me with a technical issue I was having with it updating in the cart. He added a custom j query code and it works great now! I love how it works in the drawer cart and it is very technical yet easy to customize and navigate. Thanks for your help!

This is an excellent app, very easy installation, and the support is superb being very fast, friendly and knowledgeable. The app works really, really well and I think this is really going to increase sales with the customer being able to see the shipping costs before checking out. An excellent app for those needing real time pricing with Australia Post business before checkout. Easy to manoeuvre on the cart page and pop-up page.

Great, easy-to-use app. Gives customers an idea of what shipping costs may look like so it doesn't come as a surprise later during checkout. The support team is friendly and responsive.

it does what it suppose to do : shows customer shipping cost before entering all their checkout info by detecting their location . Easy to set up.

Does what it says on the tin and calculates shipping based on cart's content and customer's geo-location. Significantly reduced the amount of enquires we received about how much shipping would be on International orders (a lot of people just don't want to go as far as checkout to find out), so saves us time and reduces clicks for customers which is always a good thing. Not easy to say with certainty whether it has increased conversion, but it certainly improves user experience.
