So far so good! Excellent and very fast customer service too. :). Easy integration and customer feedback has been good so far (only had it a week. )

Almost doubled my conversion rate! It works extremely well. No fuss. It installs by itself. It works. Right after I installed it, one of their techs checked it out, and made a couple adjustments to make it worked better with my template; I didn't even ask for help. Super company. No reason not to use it. One thing to keep in mind; if you use an app like Boxify, your number of shipping calculations is going to increase by A LOT since now every time a shopper puts something in the cart, it will generate a shipping calculation. I had to up my service $20/mo to account for this, but doubling my conversion rate is totally worth it.

Speed of the support is SUPERB! I emailed them and 3 minutes later they have already fixed the problem. AWESOME.

I have flat weight based shipping that doesn't depend on destination, but the standard shipping on Shopify still requires a customer to enter all their info to see shipping charges. This app is so customizable! It let me remove any of the form entries, so I was left with just the automatically calculated shipping. As soon as the customer adds an item to the cart, the flyout cart/checkout appears to the right showing the full shipping charges, and as they add more/different items, it flies out again showing the updated fees. I am so happy with this, and my customers are going to love knowing $ without ever having to go the cart or checkout. Even better, their support is super fast and outstanding. They noticed a minor bug (I was going to ignore it because I love the rest) in how something was showing due to how my rates were set up, and fixed it on their own and let me know. Love these guys!

Fantastic App. We have had it live on site now for the last 6 months plus and it has decreased email questions on shipping. Very quick repsonse and great staff

Easily my favourite app! Gap-filling, as I always thought its not logical to show the shipping costs at the last step!!! Biggest failures of every e-commerce system. I abandoned myself carts often because of this. In my opinion every e-commerce system should offer this, but they dont :) So here we have an app that does exactly what I need. It shows the shipping costs already on the mini cart (drawer cart), so there are no surprises for the customer. I think this encourages purchases and customer satisfaction. Besides this essential function, the app has a good interface, easy to learn and use. I also had some unique queries on how and where to display specific parts, and they helped very fast and professionally every time!!! All these for an affordable price! I really dont know how to praise them...go, just check our store how it works! :)

I was looking for an app that may help to reduce abandoned checkouts and this app came up so thought I would give it a try. I am very impressed with the integration onto my website, I had some issues with the placement of the widget so I messaged the company. The changes were made and customised to my checkout page in less than a few hours afterwards. I couldn't be any happier with the app and the support provided to integrate it as I had hoped. Would highly recommend.

This shipping calculator is a super handy addition to our shopping cart and greatly reduces the amount of emails that would come in asking, "How much is shipping to _______?" The support team is always lightning fast to respond and has been very helpful with getting the widget to look great and work perfectly on our site. A++++

I have never had any issues with this app. It is simple to use and easy for the customer to understand as well.

Installed the app easily and got it working within a few minutes. Very happy with it. No issues, it easily pulled the shipping rates from the shopify store and looks good on the site.

Does this app help you calculate international shipping rates? i want to use this app but i need to make sure first whether it works for international shipping

I have just installed this app, to calculate shipping prior to my customers reaching checkout as a means to help them in their purchasing decision. The effectiveness , however, the support team is awesome!

The app works great. Support was extremely fast when I had questions. So far so good! It's a real plus for customers to be able to estimate shipping right from their cart.
