I absolutely love the simplicity of this app, it's interfacing and how amazing the people behind it are in communication and questions. Want to move the panel a bit? Drop them an email and it's fixed super fast (as in, 3 minutes flat). Having my customers be able to estimate their shipping before check out is such a great feature and it's saving me a lot of abandoned check outs. Thank you!

I absolutely love this App!! We use it to reduce shopping cart abandonment and its works 100% I love the fact that my customers can see all the fees upfront and this App has done that and so much more. I have been using the calculator to show my clients the realtime rates for shipping within the US + globally with postal, UPS and DHL options for a year plus now. It is VERY helpful for the shipping quote to show on the cart page without customers having to move to the checkout process to see the shipping rates. The most frustrating part of online shopping is to not see my shipping options without having to go through a second step and giving a merchant more personal information - this app step in and gives quotes based on the shoppers location without the need for their input.

So far so good, but I spent 30 minutes customizing colors, checking out options, etc. Saving along the way, and now, it's reverted to a previous save condition? Odd. EDIT: Looks like Carlos changed my settings without seeking my permission. Not sure how I feel about that, or why it was necessary. Turns out, my wife likes Carlos' choices better. Anyway, that said, I'm not sure it will work for me in the long run. About to offer USPS Priority CUBIC rates directly to my customers, and I'm thinking this app won't pull in those rates. EDIT: It does display my USPS Cubic Rates which are being pulled by my Bespoke app which I also pay for. You CAN add your own code to some up with something similar, but anytime a product is added, the customer would have to enter their zip code again. This is nice, just not sure it's worth the $7 in the long run. I'll give it another month and see if sales pick up.

My customers always want to know the shipping cost before committing to giving their name and address. This app uses your Shopify shipping rates and displays them very intelligently in the cart. It also offers a little Google Map to show the customer where they're IP address is located. The app is highly configurable, installed itself and worked perfectly for me. The cost is very reasonable given the functionality. I'm very happy with this app. In my other store, I had a developer custom code this functionality into my cart at a cost of hundreds of dollars, and the code didn't do 1/5 of what this software can do. And, of course, I'd have to pay for any updates if needed. Now, I look for an app first and glad I did for this one.

Great app and support. We installed this app to help with abandoned carts and it sure did. Within a week of installing this app, our abandoned cart % cut in half, IN HALF! Simply seeing shipping rates in the cart had a profound effect on our conversions. Took some CSS to get the styling to match our cart modal, but nothing out of the ordinary.

I'm really impressed with this team. Shortly after installing the app they proactively reached out to me to ask if everything was going well. I replied with one piece I was having a problem with and they fixed it within a day. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but the level of urgency displayed by multiple folks on this team has me looking at their other apps already. Good partnership/service makes all the difference and I can tell Code Black Belt takes it seriously.
