Phantastische App, um verschiedene Versand- Tarife und -Szenarien zu verwalten. Ich kann wirklich jedes Szenario damit realisieren und wenn es mal ein problem gibt, hilft einem der Support innerhalb von Minuten, wie gerade eben... Danke an Vinduja und das ganze Team! Komplette Empfehlung

A very solid app for handling our challenging packaging and shipping scenarios. The AI-based packaging algorithm has enabled us to achieve accuracy in rating we've not had before. The support team really knows their stuff and are responsive to our requests. They get us sorted while providing clear guidance on best practices with the app.

This is a great app if you’re looking to integrate FedEx with your Shopify store. The setup process was smooth, and the features work exactly as expected. My special thanks to Mr. Deepan, who was extremely helpful, patient, and provided outstanding support throughout the entire process. He personally assisted me with testing the app and made sure everything was working perfectly. I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend this app to anyone who needs a reliable FedEx integration.

Customer support is great! Customer support with Deepan was fantastic. I went from going to delete this, to now subscribing. It does everything I need to do with free shipping conditions that Shopify cannot handle natively.

First foray into Shopify and this is the first paid 3rd party app we are trying to configure. (First in free trial mode). Ran into a snag but all you have to do is click the "Live Help" button to connect with someone like Jennifer Joys and she will get you up and running with the rate(s) you need. This happens by way of accepting their "collaborator request" and they can go into your store and see the various configuration, or in our case, mis-configurations, and let you know how to fix it. It is very encouraging to be on this platform and using this app. By the way, this all happened in the wee hours of 5:15am. So rest-assured you are in good hands.
