Crackerjack Costume review for ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules

We were after a way to have different shipping rates for bulky and regular items, and for the cart to display these different rates automatically (instead of adding them together). We also wanted a free shipping threshold to apply to regular products but not bulky ones. This app was able to meet our needs perfectly. They have amazing customer support and are happy to jump in a Zoom call to remotely walk you through all the steps required for your set up. Annie and Nithish were extremely helpful in getting everything set up for us! We recommend this app to anyone who has specific shipping requirements that cannot be met by Shopify's default system.
