Really unhelpful support who informed me that the app doesn't push rates through to Google Merchants Centre via the Google & Youtube app, as such you can't run a google shopping campaign if you use this app for your shipping. Edit: A different support person got in touch and was very helpful trying to resolve. ultimately couldn't do anything to circumvent the issues but i managed to find a workaround which to date is still working

As we discussed and verified together, the issue was not related to the ShipX app, but due to a temporary delay in the Google Merchant account, which got resolved on its own. Even though this was outside our scope, we made sure to get on a call with you right away and work through it by comparing both of your stores.
