I recently onboarded with Ship Easy for shipping price calculations, and while the setup process was initially overwhelming, I had the incredible support of Durkesh, one of their representatives. Nitish went above and beyond to ensure I understood every detail. His patience, thorough explanations, and willingness to guide me step by step while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude made the experience seamless. Although I haven’t had much time to use Ship Easy yet, Nitish’s stellar customer service has already left a lasting impression.
