Vignesh was very patient and helpful. There was some confusion about different item types but he let me take as much time as I needed. I don't feel the rates were explained clearly. At first, he said "you won't pay the extra $20/month if you change your Shopify plan". But then, he didn't make it clear that when I activated Logbase, I would need to then pay a different $20/month.
