Excellent Support from Durkesh – Highly Recommended I had a great experience with Durkesh from the ShipX (ShopX) App Support team. He is very knowledgeable and has a strong understanding of restricted areas and different shipping rate rules. He explained everything clearly and helped configure the app exactly according to our requirements. The support was excellent, and I really appreciated that the team allows Zoom meeting calls, which made solving issues much faster and easier. The app itself is very good, and with Durkesh’s help, we successfully resolved all our issues.
