First foray into Shopify and this is the first paid 3rd party app we are trying to configure. (First in free trial mode). Ran into a snag but all you have to do is click the "Live Help" button to connect with someone like Jennifer Joys and she will get you up and running with the rate(s) you need. This happens by way of accepting their "collaborator request" and they can go into your store and see the various configuration, or in our case, mis-configurations, and let you know how to fix it. It is very encouraging to be on this platform and using this app. By the way, this all happened in the wee hours of 5:15am. So rest-assured you are in good hands.
