We used ShipX to handle complex zipcode-based shipping rules — different rates by region, free shipping thresholds, and several zone exceptions — and it handled all of it cleanly. When we ran into an issue with rates not showing up at checkout, Deepn from support walked us through the setup via Zoom call.
