Jenifer was incredibly helpful in getting our shipping rules set up correctly in ShipX. We had rules configured in both Shopify and ShipX, which were conflicting and causing shipping rates to calculate incorrectly. We wanted to bring everything together in ShipX so all our rules could work smoothly together. One specific challenge was our physical gift card. Orders containing only physical gift cards should always have shipping costs, regardless of the order value. However, when a gift card is purchased alongside other products, its value should count towards the free shipping threshold. Jennifer helped us get this set up and working alongside our other shipping rules. She took the time to understand our situation and was patient and clear throughout the process.
