[Updated] We were having some API issues during midnight and we were amazed by how good their customer service is by sticking with us throughout the night to solve the issue. Their communication and problem-solving skills are top-notch. Really impressed! [Updated ]I was assisted by Siva and Kumar from the customer service in helping our website set up complicated shipping rules of combine shipping rates. They were very helpful and patient in assisting us and even went out of the way to assist us on a full Sunday to get our checkout cart working. Two thumbs up for their service and attitude.
