Watercraft Superstore review for ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules

I've installed this app to help deal with a lot of different shipping exceptions for our products. I try to configure myself most times but this one product/shipping zone had me stumped. Jenifer figured it out fairly quick and we are good to ship again! Amended: We had another scenario we could not figure out. Barath understood my needs and was able to quickly solve my problem.
