This app is by far one of the best-configured apps for shipping rates. I did have to reach out to support on the initial setup. By doing so, I was able to see how fast support responds. Siva assisted me and went above and beyond! He was very knowledgeable and took time ensuring that the settings were correct without waisting any time.
