Great customer service! (This message was from before I signed up) They still have great customer service, but I'm disappointed in the fact that I spent 2 days figuring out their app and setting up my scenarios to find out I need to be on the higher priced plan. They should have a simple message that pops up when you use a feature that is a more advanced feature. So keep this in mind when looking at this app, you will probably not be on the lower plans!

I am still trying this app but I already decide to give it a five star. The main reason is that Jennifer Joys offered me a wonderful support experience. While assessing the tool, I met some difficulties to make it work properly. I contacted customer support and Jennifer received me. After some chats, we jumped on a zoom call. She guided me through all the setup, showed me quite some tricks and answered every single piece of my questions. This great experience lightens my day. And I really appreciate all the help I received from her.

Are we the only one wondering why it isn't possible with ShipX to calculate delivery rules for shopping baskets with added discounts or do we just oversee a simple setting possibility?

Our shipping rules are a bit convoluted, and I was unable to figure out how to make it work myself. However, their team is SUPER responsive, and ended up doing pretty much everything for me. This will save a significant amount of time in custom invoicing and awkward calls to customers when vanilla Shopify shipping doesn't combine our rates as intended.

Jennifer was absolutely fantastic. I was having trouble with my google API key and she helped me log onto my google account and set it up. I have been struggling to get my shipping set up for weeks and she quickly got it done for me! Awesome job!

5 stars for the App and 5 stars for customer support. I had a call with Jennifer and she was amazing, patience and very knowledgable. She help me do a particular installations with different rules, rates, Markets she knew it all. Thank you Jennifer! we are now ready to sell and to market our new shipping proposition to our consumers! We did a second update with Nitish and he was knowledgable and very helpful! thank you ShipX team.

Thankyou so much team ShipX.. you should be call ShipRoX :) Special Mention & Thumbs up: Nithish, Barath & Jenifer Joys (Loved your help & support in setting this app for me) I recommend this app to everyone who wants to use calculated shipping/handling rates on multiple conditions.. I've using it for couple of months and I'm in love with the features this app provides. It looks difficult to set it up for the first time and I was overwhelmed by seeing so many parameters, that's when I asked for the support and to my luck which I don't find with multiple apps em using, it was super prompt. They had setup a zoom call within minutes and if one is not comfortable with the settings like me, taken the control and set them up themselves. Just wowwwwww!!!!
