The app is wonderful. It fits our need of the features. I love how they have the shipping rate selection for costumers. The costumer support is superb, especially Vignesh and Rajkumar are super helpful and patient with me to guide me how to use the app. I highly recommend this app and their team. You need help they are always there for you.

We are very pleased with the powerful shipping algorithms (scenarios) that can be combined to handle all the shipping calculation situations for our various products. We did encounter a few challenges with mixing products across scenarios that we couldn't figure out, so we reached out to their tech support. They offer a complementary Zoom meeting with their tech support with many times available same day or any day in the week. We were luckily connected with Jennifer who took the time to fully understand our complex scenarios. While she couldn't immediately come up with a solution, she worked with her team for 36 hours and after their testing, she came back for a second Zoom meeting to show how to setup the scenarios to meet our needs. These solutions worked perfectly. She is definitely a great asset to the team. While we have only been live with the website for two days, we are very pleased with how ShipX is calculating our custom ship rates.

I had a great experience with Durkesh from Logbase! He was incredibly helpful in explaining and setting up the app, making the whole process smooth and easy to follow. Tried 3 apps tonight trying to find one that does what I need. This app is slick and works well. We were looking for an app that could create shipping rules based on customer tags. This did the trick!
