Janani was an excellent guide to all things "ShipX - Shipping Rates & Rules". She was very patient with my questions and clear about the functionality of the app and how to configure rates and carriers based on the Vendor. This app will be extremely helpful in showing the customers rates and options at check out which something Shopify should have standard anyway. 5 stars! Highly recommended. Great customer service.

Best shipping app for Shopify. We've tested many and none are as complete and customizable as the ShipX from Logbase. Support is really fast and efficient.

Vignesh took a good amount of time to walk me through and set up our shipping rules and explaining the different options we now have to provide our customers. He made sure what we did actually worked and this is a big help due to the vast amount of shipping rules we want to set up.

The best service and support I have ever experienced on any platform. EVER. Hands-down. Thanks to Siva. Siva was excellent, very knowledgeable, very patient and thorough, and great at communicating. He educated me on the new AI-based packing algorithm and helped me setup some tricky packaging scenarios. The new AI-based packing algorithm is a game-changer - it calculates your customer-facing shipping rates very accurately without having to create endless scenarios. I haven't seen anything else like it and I've tested a LOT of shipping calculators recently. I can't recommend them highly enough. Ten starts out of five!

So far, it looks great! I'm at the beginning of the process, but Jennier in customer support was fantastic and answered all my questions. I was able to hop on a Zoom call within an hour of when I booked it. Great customer service.

WOW! This Shopify App is AMAZING! Nithish spent 2 hours helping us setup the shipping rates. If you have a complex shipping need then I throughly recommend this app! We are based in the UK and our couriers divide the country up into 8 zones and we have products that range from a Certificate to several tonne machine so the shipping rates have to be correct. Thanks SO much for all your help Nithish

Shipeasy is a great app that perfectly addressed the needs we had with our shipping rates, as we have multiple rules based on products and needed a solution to account for combination carts with multiple products with different rules. Shipeasy provides a fantastic, reliable solution for this. Their support team is also amazing, we had a lot of questions getting started but they were quick to reply with helpful instruction.
