I am currently testing this App to determine if we want to implement it in our store. Vignesh was incredibly helpful in providing me directions in how to install/setup the App. Later he provided additional help via chat to guide me in how I could test various shipping rates. I would still be scratching my head without his help.

I use ShipX app for my drop-shipping Shopify website My Secure Garden. I needed an intelligent shipping rules and rates app which allows me to charge different shipping rates for different products, as well as delivery supplements for heavy and bulky items, and surcharges for specific products being shipped to certain postcodes. ShipX app is a brilliant app for creating tailored shipping rules and rates. Setting up all the shipping rules I needed was complicated but Nitish was available to help me throughout the set up process, and spent several sessions very patiently helping me to set up all the different rates and rules that I require. Nitish's support during the set up process has been excellent and he has provided me with first class service throughout the set up process - always polite and very knowledgeable and fast to understand my requirements. I have been very impressed by ShipX customer service.
