Nithish has been really helpful in working through some issues I've had with my scenarios. The app is very good and gives lots of flexibility for a complex merchant to set up bespoke shipping rates.

Since Shopify doesn't support combining cart total and weight conditions to display a single shipping rate, I started looking for an app that could. After trying a few, I found ShipX. Initially, I was a bit lost on how to set it up, but Jenifer from the support team was incredibly professional and patient, guiding me through the entire process. The app is powerful, and the support is just as impressive. I really appreciate being able to speak or chat with someone when I need help. I plan to install this app across all our stores.

Jennifer and Nithish helped us set up through Zoom the unique shipping settings we needed using our existing UPS account. They both tested our parameters thoroughly while explaining it all - and now it's ready to go live. Woohoo! I'm relieved and excited that ShipX can make these rules happen for our perishable shipping boxes, and we can rest easy that we will not need to be calling and canceling/refunding too small of purchases in the future.

I haven't used any other shipping apps, however this is far more robust than the native shipping options for Shopify. If you are setting up multiple shipping options for lots of products, this is a great app. And the live chat support has been a life-saver when I'm not sure how something works! - Addition: after another year of using ShipX, the customer service and chat is still extremely helpful, not only to understanding the rates in ShipX, but also seeing how they interact with the native Shopify shipping options. Thank you ShipX!

We have a unique shipping situation that was impossible for Shopify to handle. The team at ShipX is extremely knowledgeable and helped me over a few chat conversations with setting up the correct parameters. Now our store's shipping charges and restrictions behave exactly as needed!
