I had set up a meeting and was advised by Jenifer Logbase and Nithish. Their advice and know-how in putting together complex shipping logics was first class and I am infinitely grateful for how well they were able to implement this. I was struggling to set up my shipping rates in Canada when I came across ShipX. I contacted them and scheduled a meeting very quickly. Their team is amazing. I worked with their excellent customer service support member, Durkesh Kumar, who helped me set up my shipping options based on distance and weight perfectly. ShipX is very user friendly and highly recommended to use ShipX in the Shopify application. I will try the other Shopify they offer based on this fantastic experience! Update on July 3, 2025: I was facing a problem with setting up the shipping zones which cost me a lot of money. I contacted ShipX and their customer service support agent 'Jennifer' helped me to setup the application correctly which saved me a lot of shipping cost. Update on October 10: Barath did a great job. He helped me to setup the a special shipping rate for one of my products. Perfect Customer Service and vey skilled team. Update on April 02, 2026: Deepan did a great job by integrating our store with Canada Post in order to display live shipping cost to our customers. I highly recommend this application!

Great customer service! (This message was from before I signed up) They still have great customer service, but I'm disappointed in the fact that I spent 2 days figuring out their app and setting up my scenarios to find out I need to be on the higher priced plan. They should have a simple message that pops up when you use a feature that is a more advanced feature. So keep this in mind when looking at this app, you will probably not be on the lower plans!

I am still trying this app but I already decide to give it a five star. The main reason is that Jennifer Joys offered me a wonderful support experience. While assessing the tool, I met some difficulties to make it work properly. I contacted customer support and Jennifer received me. After some chats, we jumped on a zoom call. She guided me through all the setup, showed me quite some tricks and answered every single piece of my questions. This great experience lightens my day. And I really appreciate all the help I received from her.

Are we the only one wondering why it isn't possible with ShipX to calculate delivery rules for shopping baskets with added discounts or do we just oversee a simple setting possibility?

Our shipping rules are a bit convoluted, and I was unable to figure out how to make it work myself. However, their team is SUPER responsive, and ended up doing pretty much everything for me. This will save a significant amount of time in custom invoicing and awkward calls to customers when vanilla Shopify shipping doesn't combine our rates as intended.

Jennifer was absolutely fantastic. I was having trouble with my google API key and she helped me log onto my google account and set it up. I have been struggling to get my shipping set up for weeks and she quickly got it done for me! Awesome job!

5 stars for the App and 5 stars for customer support. I had a call with Jennifer and she was amazing, patience and very knowledgable. She help me do a particular installations with different rules, rates, Markets she knew it all. Thank you Jennifer! we are now ready to sell and to market our new shipping proposition to our consumers! We did a second update with Nitish and he was knowledgable and very helpful! thank you ShipX team.
