So far, it looks great! I'm at the beginning of the process, but Jennier in customer support was fantastic and answered all my questions. I was able to hop on a Zoom call within an hour of when I booked it. Great customer service.

WOW! This Shopify App is AMAZING! Nithish spent 2 hours helping us setup the shipping rates. If you have a complex shipping need then I throughly recommend this app! We are based in the UK and our couriers divide the country up into 8 zones and we have products that range from a Certificate to several tonne machine so the shipping rates have to be correct. Thanks SO much for all your help Nithish

Shipeasy is a great app that perfectly addressed the needs we had with our shipping rates, as we have multiple rules based on products and needed a solution to account for combination carts with multiple products with different rules. Shipeasy provides a fantastic, reliable solution for this. Their support team is also amazing, we had a lot of questions getting started but they were quick to reply with helpful instruction.

Great app for more complex shipping rules that Shopify can't accommodate. We are using it mainly to set different shipping rates for each supplier and ensuring the customer is only charged one delivery charge where they order multiple items with different shipping rates. The support from Vignesh has been great, very quick to respond on the Live Chat and always manage to resolve any issues quickly. They also offered a free Zoom call to help get everything set up, which was invaluable.

We had a fairly complex setup that we needed to accommodate, and the Logbase team supported us the whole time, while we did A LOT of trial and error to get things configured the way we wanted. The app is easy to use (once you understand a few nuances) and the team is phenomenal with help! Vignesh was an amazing help!!!

Needed some help to set up the rates for my scenarios. At 7am, I reached out to the live chat. Connected immediately with Janani. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She connected to my Shopify account and helped me figure out my issue. In minutes, it was resolved. Amazing support. Can highly recommend this app. PS. I have been using this app for nearly a year now, and it's so useful.

It took me months to figure out why I could not set shopify to charge flat rate per item shipping fee. I need to both upgrade my account, message shopify to enable a third party shipping app and then I had to choose the app. It took me several demos but this worked and they set the app up and my shipping profile for me and stayed on while I tested it. It worked like a charm and it took them less than 15 minutes. Well done
