ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules

Are we the only one wondering why it isn't possible with ShipX to calculate delivery rules for shopping baskets with added discounts or do we just oversee a simple setting possibility?

Our shipping rules are a bit convoluted, and I was unable to figure out how to make it work myself. However, their team is SUPER responsive, and ended up doing pretty much everything for me. This will save a significant amount of time in custom invoicing and awkward calls to customers when vanilla Shopify shipping doesn't combine our rates as intended.

Easy to use and the customer service is fast and helpful!

5 stars for the App and 5 stars for customer support. I had a call with Jennifer and she was amazing, patience and very knowledgable. She help me do a particular installations with different rules, rates, Markets she knew it all. Thank you Jennifer! we are now ready to sell and to market our new shipping proposition to our consumers! I've using it for couple of months and I'm in love with the features this app provides. It looks difficult to set it up for the first time and I was overwhelmed by seeing so many parameters, that's when I asked for the support and to my luck which I don't find with multiple apps em using, it was super prompt. They had setup a zoom call within minutes and if one is not comfortable with the settings like me, taken the control and set them up themselves. Just wowwwwww!!!!
