I could have the name wrong, but our account was initially setup by Jinani, she was BEYOND helpful and got all of our numerous requests setup and working as we wanted. After testing for a week, we found some things that didn't work as expected/planned (not Jinani's fault). So we reached out via chat, was answered in minutes, and resolved in minutes by Deepan. So far, nothing but great things to say about the app & service...

Durkesh was an incredible help setting up the app and making sure it was working before our call ended. He didn't rush me and went to great lengths to explain exactly how the app would work so that i would understand. Looking forward to getting my first customer using it.

Very fast support system if you are on a paid plan. I had some trouble with integration but Rajkumar came to my help. He was very understanding considering I know very little about computers and he obviously knows his job well. Then I got stuck again and Deepan quickly sorted out my problem. I feel very confident dealing with them.

Had an issue with one of the rates we had set up and could't figure out how to fix it - used the online chat and Durkesh was quickly able to fix the error we were having. Really pleased with the app and the customer service

Excellent Support from Durkesh – Highly Recommended I had a great experience with Durkesh from the ShipX (ShopX) App Support team. He is very knowledgeable and has a strong understanding of restricted areas and different shipping rate rules. He explained everything clearly and helped configure the app exactly according to our requirements. The support was excellent, and I really appreciated that the team allows Zoom meeting calls, which made solving issues much faster and easier. The app itself is very good, and with Durkesh’s help, we successfully resolved all our issues. Now our shipping rates are working perfectly and coming correctly from the ShipX app. Highly recommended app and support team!
