Great tech support. This app helps you solving common problems with different postcode rates. It's a difficult area to do it on your own, but with the invaluable help of Nithish Kumar I'm getting close to a solution. Thank you Nithish!

Durkesh Was excellent! he helped me set up all my shipping rates (which was complicated) however he was very patient, professional and knowledgable on the app. I now have a good understanding of how it all works should i need to tweek it in the future. Thanks Durkesh!

Vignesh was very helpful and answered all my questions very well. Very nice and helpful. Durkesh was an incredible person that really helped us a lot. We are very greatful to have him help us out. Deepan was very very helpful. One of the best support people I have ever gotten. Walked me through step by step on how to get this done right. Thank you! Siva from Ship X is an amazing support person. Provided the help that we needed. He went above and beyong the expectations that we had. An incredible person. I highly recommend.

This app is truly magical. The amount of scenarios and conditions we can set up is like no other app. It accomplishes exactly what I'm looking for. On top of that, they offer free support via video call. Durkesh has been amazing in explaining me how to set up a complex scenario, and took the time with me to guide me step by step. 10/10 features, and 10/10 support. I highly recommend it!
