Finally find and app that have resolve all the problem I had with my shipping. I had complicated glitch for my delivery and they worked the problem for me via a Zoom call. Very efficient ! Thanks Guys More than satisfied !

Siva was unbelievable! So amazingly helpful I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to set up my shipping with multiple different variables to Canada and the U.S. and he was able to do it sooooo quickly. Yeesh saved me hours of headaches and buying a new computer 'cause I would've tossed this one out the window!

This is the best shipping rate app and very easy to use at a very reasonable price. You can customize your desired shipping rates in all possible ways. Their customer service is outstanding. They will help you to achieve your desired setting through zoom meetings. Shiva was really helpful and resolved all my queries successfully. He even suggested me one shipping cost calculator app which is also working perfectly with their app. Thank you, Shiva, and the whole app team. I highly recommend this app for all Shopify stores.

I needed this app to provide accurate shipping rates to different postcodes within UK. It seemed quite complicated at first, but after a Zoom session with Raj and Sudsan it was all set up and working perfectly. Despite the monthly charge it will certainly save me money every month on expensive shipping to certain postcodes. Raj and Sudsan were so helpful and knowledgeable, I would certainly recommend.

[Updated] We were having some API issues during midnight and we were amazed by how good their customer service is by sticking with us throughout the night to solve the issue. Their communication and problem-solving skills are top-notch. Really impressed! [Updated ]I was assisted by Siva and Kumar from the customer service in helping our website set up complicated shipping rules of combine shipping rates. They were very helpful and patient in assisting us and even went out of the way to assist us on a full Sunday to get our checkout cart working. Two thumbs up for their service and attitude. Keep up the good work!

This is the app to use, the fees are absurdly low, and the team at LogBase jump on the call with you anytime with the commitment to ensure things are working right for you. I've been using the app for two months now, and I can't thank the team enough for the support that they've done for me. My store has quite a complex shipping structure. The item is huge with complications of shipping to various regions and one significant factor of it being built to order since no variation could be the same. They blew it off the park in terms of how responsive in what kind of solution that they can implement overnight since they said, "Our customers will surely need this if you're encountering this". I'm pleased with this app, coming from someone who set up 10+ Shopify stores in the last two years. This has never been easier, and I hope other app developers for Shopify can learn more from them in terms of their support and dedication to ensure the features required are implemented rather than deciding what customer needs and waiting to implement.

This is the best and most customizable Shipping Rates I have found. It is extremely helpful and also helped me solve the issue of double shipping costs. Siva (their customer support team member) took the time for a videocall to walk me through the app and make all the settings I needed. Thank you!
