Siva was so helpful in setting up the shipping for the store, we needed specific shipping rates for for different delivery areas and weights, definitely recommend his service. Siva made the set up seamless.

I'm using the starter pack, and it does what I need by helping me to show rates based on city. While its not a standard set up and not one that is recommended the team helped me to set it up in a way that would work for me, and I really appreciate their quick response and support. Thanks alot!

This app is by far one of the best-configured apps for shipping rates. I did have to reach out to support on the initial setup. By doing so, I was able to see how fast support responds. Siva assisted me and went above and beyond! He was very knowledgeable and took time ensuring that the settings were correct without waisting any time. I feel confident that if any issues arise, they have a great support team. Thank you, Siva!

I just downloaded this app and got help off the chatbot immediately. I was stuck with assigning postcodes different rates and Kavishan scheduled a Zoom call with me without me having to wait and successfully helped me out over Zoom. Amazing customer service and a superb app. LOOK NO FURTHER!

Excellent support from the app development team when we needed to get the Shopify Shipping API enabled allowing us to set custom shipping rates for our products by postal code.

Create shipping zones and rates by post code. So far it is working well and the online help has been very useful.

Super easy to set up shipping rates for my plant nursery! I have to charge per plant plus a handling fee per order, with different rates and handling fees for different locations across the continent. This app makes that a breeze. Rajkumar was really fun and helpful in guiding me through the setup process via chat, and explained how it works, too. 10/10 would recommend

This application provided me with a solution that i had given up on finding for my store. The customer service is amazing. Their whole team is very responsive and will get on zoom calls with you to resolve your issues almost immediately. I personally worked with Janani and she took the time out to understand the problem my store was facing. She then got back to me with a working solution and implemented it for me as well within a matter of days.

The support on this app is the best I have experienced. Before using the app we are able to test it to find out if it fits our needs. Our situation is a little complex with different shipping pricing for different range of products. Therefore additional coding was required from the developers who did it for free and once everything is tested we are confident to launch.
