Excellent app! Everything works just as it should. What's even better is the AMAZING customer support they have. Any question I have had has been answered immediately and are always willing to jump on a zoom call and help you fix settings hands on. HIGHLY recommend!

Their support is absolutely amazing! Not only did they walk me through the setup, they have exceeded every expectation when an issue has arisen. Our setup is quite complex and this is the only app that I have found to cover every scenario.

You download it and have to do a Zoom call with the company for it to work. I don't even know why it is needed, never experienced that before. I just felt that was weird.
Hi, This is Saravanakumar, CEO at LogBase. I just looked at your review, looks like there has been a misunderstanding. We provide support via chat, email and zoom. These channels are optional again, some of our customers do the setup themselves. Our customers only choose zoom if they have a complex setup and they require us to walk them through the setup. Shipeasy is a great app with great support. Few minutes after I was in the Shipeasy app store, Janani walked my through app, showing me how my requirements were meet by setting up the app. I was sold right away and subscribed the App. Shipeasy will help my Shopify store to increase sales for sure. We were after a way to have different shipping rates for bulky and regular items, and for the cart to display these different rates automatically (instead of adding them together). We also wanted a free shipping threshold to apply to regular products but not bulky ones. This app was able to meet our needs perfectly. They have amazing customer support and are happy to jump in a Zoom call to remotely walk you through all the steps required for your set up. Annie and Nithish were extremely helpful in getting everything set up for us! We recommend this app to anyone who has specific shipping requirements that cannot be met by Shopify's default system.

The customer support is phenomenal, responded quickly and help me setup some pretty complex shipping scenarios. Siva also walked me through how to setup more product shipping specialty rates in the future, he was super helpful! Their support is so nice. Especially, Sowmiya. She is always so kind and teaches me how to set up. And when I got some issues after we launched, her response is quick and always she answered the zoom meeting. It was so helpful. Highly recommend this app (or her service)!!
