Wow - this is an impressive app and impressive service. I installed the app and needed some help configuring a complex shipping condition, so I sent a message in the live chat and within 5 minutes I was invited to a Zoom call with Siva to run through how to set everything up. You will not find better service anywhere else. Siva was so polite, knowledgable and very happy to help and explain how parts of the app worked. Genuinely, I'm so impressed. Thank you!

This is an excellent app. The range of functionality is superb. The support is outstanding and is something that other app companies should aspire to match. I dealt with a gentleman called Siva who was great. If you want a flexible and reliable app to help with your shipping, this is the one.

We had a problem where shipping rates weren't loading when there were too many items in the cart. But the LogBase Team took care of it in a quick and professional way. I think this is the best customer service I've ever seen in my whole life. The app itself is very stable and made by professionals. I highly recommend this App. A huge thanks to the LogBase Team!

Very good customer support. The previously used system for shipping rates did not work, our customer would occasionally be charged with more than one shipping rate. Janani Logbas from ShipX app set it up for us, and it works great!

I contacted support for setting up combined rates. Over a zoom meeting Shiva helped me figure the rates correctly. He understood what I needed, was knowledgeable about how to put my needs into the rates and was very courteous to talk to. Tech support in this app is A+. The app is versatile and support will help you with any issue you are having. They are prompt and responsive. Highly recommend

We sell products that are very different weights and sizes. Adding the Shipeasy app has allowed us to streamline our previously complicated shipping system. Before Shipeasy, our customers were charged shipping per item because we had so many different conditions and combinations. Now, we have been able to set maximum rates and cater for all shopping cart combinations. After my 1-1 tutorial with the team I was able to set everything up. Before we went live, Siddarth helped me troubleshoot a few issues arising from our previous shipping process in no time. Couldn't be happier with the app.
