Settings can be tricky, but the customer service is excellent. Every time I get stuck, it's easy to get an appointment, and the Shipeasy team will set it up for you and test it. I have a scenario that needed different flat prices for each US shipping zone and their team entered all the US zip codes for me. Over time I found a couple of typos, but this was across hundreds of zip codes. My most recent call with Rahul & Siva was very helpful and they fixed an error preventing customers from being able to check out. We tested multiple product configurations to make sure everything was working correctly before we got off the call.

After a half-day effort on making the setting, I was finally told that it cannot work on the store, no shipping rates are shown due to a Shopify tech issue. Actually, it's not a tech problem, it's one of my location/warehouses that hasn't been verified. However, it's still a good shipping app, convenient to use, fast response.
