The app is incredibly simple to set up navigate. Complete with a very helpful support team that is always available to answer any questions. This app does everything we need.

Only just getting started with the app so still in testing but so far it all looks good. Mainly leaving this review to highlight how great the support is. Super-fast replies every time and I've just finished a zoom call with Siva who sorted an issue out within minutes for me.

We have a complex setup for varied rates on an ecom furniture store. With the help of Rahul this app does calculate in the way we need it to work. They are pretty quick to jump in and help if things do go wrong or we just need help.

The Shipeasy team was fast and efficient when setting up shipping rates and listening to the parameters I needed. If it wasn't for them we would not have been able to set such customized shipping rates with Shopify only. Siva from their team has been very helpful!

I just started using this app. The customer service has been very thorough with help from Rahul, and follow-through to completion by Siva. Siva was thorough and took the time to go through many different scenarios and make sure there were no problems. This app allows me to control which products go to different regions. It is the most flexible shipping app I have used so far. Shopify shipping ABSOLUTELY failed me. Do not use it. Fingers-crossed that this will work for my customers.

The app is great and does exactly what is needed. I am able to add custom and complex shipping scenarios to the checkout. The assistance is very good and they are more than happy to assist with any request.

Such a great app - with amazing support from Siva. I was able to do 2 zoom calls with screensharing to get the app set up correctly. He was so helpful and quick to understand what we needed to achieve. What we needed to do was quite complex but Siva found a solution for each scenario. Would highly recommend.
