This is the best shipping rate app and very easy to use at a very reasonable price. You can customize your desired shipping rates in all possible ways. Their customer service is outstanding. They will help you to achieve your desired setting through zoom meetings. Shiva was really helpful and resolved all my queries successfully. He even suggested me one shipping cost calculator app which is also working perfectly with their app. Thank you, Shiva, and the whole app team. I highly recommend this app for all Shopify stores.

I needed this app to provide accurate shipping rates to different postcodes within UK. It seemed quite complicated at first, but after a Zoom session with Raj and Sudsan it was all set up and working perfectly. Despite the monthly charge it will certainly save me money every month on expensive shipping to certain postcodes. Raj and Sudsan were so helpful and knowledgeable, I would certainly recommend.

This is the best and most customizable Shipping Rates I have found. It is extremely helpful and also helped me solve the issue of double shipping costs. Siva (their customer support team member) took the time for a videocall to walk me through the app and make all the settings I needed. Thank you!

This company is amazing with how quickly they help to support your company. They jump on calls quickly or chat support quickly. It's 12 am Los Angeles Time and they were there to help. Keep it up. Easy to use software and does the job well so far.

Smart and useful App with a great customer support. But also very confusing and requires a lot of time to understand, perhaps due to imperfect language. Also needs a lot of improvment with UI and UX which is pretty unpleasant. Price performance ratio is amazing tho. Update 2022: Fantastic, useful and efficient app. Customer service from Siva is excellent.

I have a large number of varied products in my store and pricing shipping appropriately is extremely complex. The Shipeasy team was amazing getting me set up, despite the fact that I didn't even understand what I wanted/needed in most cases. They are very quick to respond and adjust scenarios to fit my needs. They've also been very patient and accommodating as I figure out how to best use the software, which required them making lots of changes to what I originally requested. The software is quite robust and while I don't find it very intuitive, the Shipeasy team has quickly jumped in and helped whenever I needed it. Highly recommend. Barath helped me, Vignesh helped me with a very time sensitive issue

So impressed - they helped me set up the app through a zoom call and it's fab! The app is able to set up my website as I need - in relation to shipping vs local delivery of only certain products. Very happy so far, and customer service is great too. Thank you!

Awesome support and did exactly what I needed it to. We have various rates for products in certain collections, we were able to get all these rates to blend using the logic and tagging in the app. Would recommend!

An excellent app. We needed something that would allow us to have bespoke shipping rates, and this fits the bill perfectly. The developers were extremely helpful - going as far as to make slight adjustments for a specific scenario we had. Support was instant. They even took the time to go through it with us via Zoom, just to make sure it was running exactly as we wanted. Thoroughly recommend the app - and the developers too.
