We have several different products that need to be shipped locally at their own rate. This app is prefect and not only managing those rates but also combining and automatically applying the correct shipping rate. Support has been great. Not only did they help set all my different rates but also applied SKU codes to all my shipping products. Went way above and beyond. have always had a fast and professional response from them

The app works fine and can handle even complex shipping logic once you've figured out how it works. While it might not be very self explanatory, they do provide professional & fast reacting support. My contact Siva supported us multiple times on some urgent issues and it always worked out well. So do feel free to contact support anytime if you have any troubles. Give it a try!

It's the easiest way that I've found to create elaborate shipping policies (such as per item fees). The customer support is available all the time--Siva was great when I had questions about setting up scenarios! He immediately jumped on a Zoom and walked me through it all.

I've installed this app to help deal with a lot of different shipping exceptions for our products. I try to configure myself most times but this one product/shipping zone had me stumped. Jenifer figured it out fairly quick and we are good to ship again!

The app works really well for all the shipping rules we wanted. It's a bit tricky to set up, however, the support is amazing. I was on a zoom call with Siva and he was able to handle all my requirements and set up everything in about 30 min. Definitely 5* support.

Siva was unbelievable! So amazingly helpful I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to set up my shipping with multiple different variables to Canada and the U.S. and he was able to do it sooooo quickly. Yeesh saved me hours of headaches and buying a new computer 'cause I would've tossed this one out the window!

I used this app to set up remote area surcharge based on psotal codes within the EU. The set up was a bit complicated but the support was great They where very responsive. There was some issues when setting it up thats why i didn't give 5 stars but the service seems to work well and the support guys fixed the issues as soon as they could.

I am on the trial at the moment and it looks like I will totally be adding the app to all my Shopify storefronts. The customer service is AMAZING. Siva was so helpful and really knew the system.
