Not a reliable service for a business that needs to do a lot of shipping. The system crashes all the time and at key moments when you need to ship items to customers, the service doesn't work. Also, unless you pay for a subscription, forget about getting any help.

Funky experience with creating an account on their system, then they take all your data, and the only way to get an option to delete your account is to give them a credit card, because the "delete my account" button is hidden under "Billing and Subscription". Lack of customer support email or phone for new users on their website is pretty icky, and the worst thing is that I got a random call from someone in Texas asking me if I wanted a demo. I did not agree to be solicited via phone. Not recommended.

Ironically named ShippingEasy when it is nothing but difficult. The interface isn't bad, but when bugs do come up, don't expect any help. Their sales staff is easy to reach, bugging you by chat everytime you go to their site, but try to get support, good luck!!! The forums are useless taking days to get a response, and email is even worse with message going completely unanswered. Don't expect this to change anytime soon, the company was bought by Stamps.com, notorious for their terrible customer service.

You cannot create irregular package sizes (poly bags). Otherwise easy to use, but seems a bit lame that of all the effort they put into building this, they leave this out.

After I watched all the videos on their web side I booked a slot for 30 min to talk to the expert - as they offer on the web side to run demos. I prepared and sent them prior few questions which I wanted to get answered. I launch my eshop in 2 months and I started to work on this. And I thought shipping easy will be part. When I started to talk to the expert lady, she hang up the phone after 5 minutes of talking. So I wrote her back that she should call me ( I also called her but nobody was answering) and I got from her the email that they need to focus on clients who pay ( not those that are on free plan up to 50 shipments monthly.) But this info is not on the web side! So I booked another slot for later today. I got a phone call which last 1 minute. The phone was disconnected so I called back. Again only answering machine. So I wrote an email and I got back following that the shipping easy expert is not not quite sure what happened there, but we got disconnected and couldn't get back through. And that he saw from the notes that I have already spoken to another colleague - as they explained, we only run demos for customers with active shipping volume. And I should look again on their web side. I cannot evaluate the application by itself as I have not started yet but the servis is absolutly awfull. I will for sure not go ahead with them and will look for another provider who can deliver service too.

At first we loved shippingeasy, however, if there are ever issues on their end they tend to diflect any issues and point fingers at other systems/errors on other platforms (like shopify or USPS) when in reality, it's 100% shippingeasy. They treat you like a number and the ONLY major perk they have over most similar platforms is their discounted flat-rate green pricing. If you ship a LOT do not waste your time with them. I spent nearly $200k in postage alone in a year, never once did they accept responsibility for a HUGE flaw and error in their system. It really did not matter how much revenue I brought in through them, I was entirely disregarded. This flaw in THEIR system had cost me a LOT of money and many inventory issues. When we finally decided to switch to ShipHero, they knew we were leaving. We made it very clear. Despite this known fact, they had sales personnel continuously trying to contact us and ask us why our volume had gone down. There was no *note* or shared knowledge that we had major issues with them and that we were LEAVING. Most recently they decided to randomly charge us $63 after a few months of being done with their services. They did refund this back... however, they decided to also close my Endicia accounts which housed my records of hundreds of thousands of dollars of postage at this point. They acted as though they were doing me a service by closing them. I replied back to this automated email to not close with my Endicia accounts. They reported that they did not want the account to get their discounted rates from another provider. The thing is fully managed my Endicia account. I never once did I ever get their rates once I moved it over to ShipHero. If purchased on the shiphero platform i received THAT pricing. The rate did not associate where the account was originated. It ONLY changed my rate depending on which platform the shipping was purchased through. Otherwise, I would have completely understood this reasoning. But, I had a slightly higher rate AT times since using my Endicia account in ShipHero. This automatic termination in the middle of MY other accounts with Endicia completely shut down my shipping with my new system. How DARE them. I'm not working with Endicia to re-establish my same account to not lose my shipment history which greatly impacts my negotiated rates with other providers. That was beyond wrong. I have a huge list of deficits but you will learn yourself, the busier you get and more you grow - RUN. They are NOT able to even compete with companies like ShipHero. Fun fact - they used to require that you have two endicia accounts (one for first class and another for priority). When I signed on with ShipHero, they asked me why I had two accounts. That, in fact, was not necessary by any means. I had reported to them that ShippingEasy required this. Immediately thereafter, ShippingEasy sent a huge memo that told all customers to consolidate to one Endicia account. Funny... here this whole time we had been required to use two. Until SOMEONE else told them they hadn't needed to operate like this, they would likely be still forcing customers to have two separate accounts open. If this does not tell you their lack of knowledge in things, I'm not sure what else does.

I wasn't going to write a review but this app really put me whole in my wallet! I am completely disappointed. First off, all my orders didn't properly sync I had to manually input nearly ALL orders. Second, i didn't save a single dime! Shipping prices on this app were nearly 75% HIGHER than the app i used prior on top of that if you want to "save" on shipping you have to pay a monthly fee to receive a shipping "discount" (app i used prior has absolutely no fees and far lower shipping prices, dramatically lower) the customer service/sales team were very kind and helpful but that's about it. From a business perspective this app did NOT save time nor money both of which are very important to any business owner. I'm extremely disappointed with this app. Money down the drain..

BEWARE! Please do no download shipping easy. Customer service is horrible. I was on hold for 30 minutes before I was able to speak with a representative. I purchased postage and was charged twice. I contacted customer service and they stated they would be able to refund the charge. PERFECT! 5 minutes later I get a call stating that they can't return the charge because it was not there problem it is the postage company problem. This is not the worse part. To solve my issue the representative told me to close my shipping easy account and money will be returned within 7-10 business. As a company the objective is to keep customers not run them away. Rep then stated that you will eventually use the money! Horrible way to treat a new customer! THEY DO NOT CARE! I just started my company and every dollar counts. PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLAOD THIS APP.

We've used USPS.com and Shippo before trying this one....we will be returning to those two platforms. Not sure how this app received so many 5 star reviews. It's clunky, confusing and overall difficult. Also, wastes entire sheets of paper for labels. We have changed the size settings for our labels FOUR times, made sure to save the settings, yet and still, it continues to print one HUGE label on each sheet of paper. Uninstalling this app and returning to Shippo.

Terrible customer service. Took over 2 weeks for them to help me solve a simple problem because I didn't have a paid plan.

Not a good solution for your all shipping needs, but good for printing packing list :) Does not support UPS. Packing list and Pick List module needs to be improved. Customer service reps cant answer your questions, they cant help at all.

I understand the need to raise prices every once in a while. However, if you will penalize folks for using their carrier accounts (and, therefore, their own negotiated rates), make sure that you build in some contingencies for cases where folks can NOT use your rates BY LAW. We ship alcohol and MUST ship using our shipping account. Charging us more for the "privilege" is bad business and worse optics. I will be looking for an alternative and suggest friends in the industry do the same.

Shipping Easy was a perfect service for many months, then in the last 4 weeks they seem to have fallen apart. After an overnight "update" our templates were corrupted, our logo was distorted, some information went missing from out packing lists, and every time they try to fix it something else goes wrong. It's been buggy for 4 weeks now, and even with repeated calls and hours on the phone with their support people, they can't seem to fix the system. Lately they have been failing to update our Shopify store when orders ship, and on the packing lists we see "Liquid Error: wrong number of arguments (1 for 2)" which is ridiculous. We're getting ready to swtich...we can't put up with this anymore.

It seems like exactly what we need, but they haven't been able to send us a verification email on the 2 accounts we tried, so, I guess that's a bad start.

A little weird to use and the prices are higher than USPS. Don't about prices for other carriers. Contacted live chat and had good experience, until I did not receive the email I was promised by the chat person. This happened twice.

Where is the FedEx Ground option? Seems to work for US destinations, but not Canadian destinations. -Andrew
