I used the chat feature today and Tom was the representative who helped me. I sent him my problem and the invoice number for the order. I got 2 phone calls and had to fix an issue on another computer. I honestly forgot I opened the chat. I came back to my desk and the issue was fixed without needing anything further from me and he didn't press with are you there. Just waited patiently. Thank you, Tom, for making one of my issues of the day the easiest fix!

Without even talking about the app, I'd like to recognize the customer service team at Shipping Easy. Micah is the sh*t, he's saved me essentially hours of time with some quick tweaks, rules, and adjustments that I couldn't do on other shipping apps. With us transitioning to fulfillment for other stores this app has helped us immensely. Thanks, Y'all

I tried another shipping app and they only offered chat and email support. There are so many little issues that can come up that are complex for someone that does not deal with all of the rules for each of the carriers. Shipping Easy offers phone support and they usually answer on the second ring or sooner without prompts like "push 1 for support". It is a human answering the phone. I recently worked with Donovan and he went above and beyond trying to solve my issue. It is a great service for the price. They also have inventory and other services integrated which can save you some money and headaches down the road. Get the service and don't think twice.

I have had some issues with duplicate orders from Shopify but Shipping Easy customer service has been a great help! Bria assisted me today and I learned some simple tricks that will make life better. :-)

I have been using this app for 1.5 years and have only had a few small issues. Customer service support chat is helpful, efficient, and responds quickly. A good interface with Shopify. Overall, a great choice for our medium sized business shipping needs.

I've been using ShippingEasy for several years now, I sell on Etsy, Amazon, Walmart and Shopify and have all my orders come into the ShippingEasy app and ship from here. Love all the features that are offered to keep track of shipments and find those that might be delayed. I'm now taking advantage of the inventory bundles and can rely on them to provide great training information in the form of documents and video and if I still don't understand I can always reach out to their amazing customer service department. Wanted to thank the team at ShippingEasy for helping my business run smoothly and helping me to grow. I appreciate all you do.

Very happy with the quick and courteous response from Tom Khuu on my issue to remove orders from a shop and archive that shop. He understood my needs, asked the appropriate questions and handled it much quicker than anticipated. Thank you very much, Tom!

I’ve been using shipping easy since 2015, when I first started my store. I’ve never had any problems with it and any time I did have questions, their customer service was super easy to contact and were always helpful. The main reason I’m writing this review is because I needed help with some change in info and Jordon was able to help me in less than 2 minutes. He was awesome and helped me with exactly what I needed — very knowledgeable. So, I would highly recommend and HAVE recommended shipping easy to everyone and anyone who needs a reliable shipping middle man!

THIS APP SAVED US! Katelyn and the crew at shipping easy saved us from single printing on Shopify. What took me 4 hours, now takes me 20 minutes! I am amazed in a happy way :) They are incredibly helpful and available.

Great customer service. Very little wait time. We've used ShippingEasy for several years and have been able to do most everything needed through this app. It's easy to learn and has some great features including the inventory tracking. Definitely recommend!

I talked with Jor'Don on the phone today over some Brazilian matters. No, we weren't discussing his waxing blunder- but I was inquiring about the changes to Brazil Shipping regarding the new Tax ID notifications for 2020. Jor'Don gave me some jazzy hold music while he went to bother "the man" and get an adequate answer for me. I was toe tapping and having a great time- and then he interrupted me to let me know exactly what I needed to do to ensure my packages got to Brazil. Jor'Don was wonderful and he had the kind of smile you could feel through the phone. Shipping Easy is A++ and has always had stellar service. Thanks SE!!

ShippingEasy has been life-changing in improving the efficiency of speed of our packing and shipping process. I love being able to customize the labels with item names and the countless ways to sort, filter, and categorize. I also am so impressed with the reporting features as well as the inventory management and email marketing. 5 stars all the way.

My company uses this app to ship all our domestic web orders using our FedEx account. I like how it can be set up with a zebra printer and the labels are automatically printed and sent to the printer from any computer. The batch order printing saves us a lot of time.

This platform has been able to support our growing business wonderfully. Whenever I need anything their customer service has been so helpful. I would recommend. I enjoy the easy interface and the ability to make labels so quickly when we need them.
