Unmatched customer service! Super helpful articles. Every rep I've spoken to has been friendly and knowledgeable. (Emma helped us get SKUs up and running in no time, Evan was great with helping out with bundling SKUs properly) And the ShippingEasy website itself is simple to navigate and learn.

Shippingeasy has been my favorite shipping program. I have been using them for over 5+ years at their beginning stages. The platform itself is easy to use and works flawlessly for my operations. Customer support has been amazing when I experience any issues. From easy chat support or phone call, shippingeasy will be there for you. They helped with integrations as well and everyone there is down to earth. Appreciate yall.

It's a decently integrated app, but they try to implement too many features and don't do the basics well. Their rudimentary paste and parse address for a quick shipment fails horribly with even the simplest addresses. I've reported this issue several times and still no update after 6 months. A first year programmer could implement this feature more reliably! I would find something better for my complete business shipping solution.

We ship over a thousand packages a week and I have never had anything but a great experience with their software and customer service. It's refreshing calling a company and getting a real person immediately. Highly recommend to anyone.

Great app! I've used shipstation, ship hero, and now shippingeasy and it's definitely the best for inventory management. Makes keeping track of inventory across multiple channels easy and streamlined. Shipping is easy and I love that I can dropship from Amazon FBA for website orders. Customer service is really helpful and quickly resolve any issues that ever come up.

So far so good! I have used both Ship Station & Shipping Easy and I would like to say Shipping Easy is currently my preference. The ability to connect or have quick 'Chat' assistance when connecting shipping or sales platform accounts is easy and the review based off of sales platform is also extremely helpful, especially when looking over your shipping overhead costs. I would recommend and would reach out to the app if I feel as though they are missing something that the brand needs to have a seamless shipping process.

I use this app to print all of my postage. Commercial Base pricing is as good as it gets- coupled with excellent tech support!!!!!! updated- 2022- Still loving the ease of shipping easy!

Wow! Just WOW! This app truly is amazing with all that it can do to manage, sort, filter, and help you deliver with labels, shipping management and so much more. But the real secret (and amazing part) about ShippingEasy is their incredible support staff. You can talk to a real person. And everyone I've spoken with has been very competent and helpful... even for complex questions. They'll spend hours on the phone with you, if needed, to make sure you're successful with the app and what you need for your business. With folks I've spoken with like Isabela, Ray, and Emma, I've never left a conversation without problems solved and my business continuing to make money. Highly recommended.

Their customer service is AMAZING. I needed assistance integrating from USPS to Fed Ex One Rate and they were SO helpful! They were very thorough, went through the whole process with me, and in the end everything worked perfectly.
