Day one with shippit and e parcel. Next time I rather give my e parcel account with Australia Post, how can Aus post ask their customers to use app like this. No support , 17 page of instructions, 3 hours one phone to shopify specialist and still it pulls randomly orders and misses other. I am sure its all our fault, but this app is a nightmare.

what a WEIRD app, they are still CHARGING MY CARD despite uninstalling it and there is NO response from their customer service team. They have been charging my $25 despite not using their services and the buttons to uninstall on their direct portal is not working. I will be reporting this to shopify as these ghost apps should not be allowed!

Absolutely rubbish app. The interface is so buggy. Every time you try and sync an order the app comes up with an error screen completely locking you out of any app function and can only be resolved by uninstalling it and redownloading, only for the same issue to happen! Orders never automatically sync, yet they send me emails that I have orders to ship. Customer service is absolutely shit, and for the one time they did reply they claimed to have investigated and saw no issue. Dont waste your time.
