Recently, carriers like USPS now require a valid recipient phone number format, which can cause errors depending on the carrier and shipment. While Shippo receives this information directly through the Amazon integration and can’t modify it automatically, updating the phone number manually often allows the label purchase to go through successfully. For labels, while they can’t be voided directly in the app, you can request a refund for an unused label, which makes it ineligible for use. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding syncing order updates from Amazon after import — feedback like this is shared with our Product team for future consideration.
