I’ve been using Shippo for my small business, and it’s been a game-changer. The platform is super easy to navigate and incredibly user-friendly, even if you’re not a shipping pro. Setting up shipments takes just a few clicks, and I love being able to compare rates across multiple carriers in one place—no more jumping between tabs or second-guessing if I’m getting the best price. Printing labels is straightforward, tracking is automatic, and the dashboard gives a clear snapshot of everything in progress. I also appreciate the seamless integrations with my storefront and the ability to automate common tasks with rules. When I’ve needed help, support has been quick and knowledgeable. Overall, Shippo saves me time, cuts costs, and removes the usual headaches from fulfillment. If you want a reliable, intuitive shipping solution that scales with your business, Shippo is an easy yes.

Truly one of the worst apps out there. If you never need to get ahold of support, never have any orders change, nothing more complex than ship one package. this is a great app. If you do anything more than what a second grader could accomplish, this app is terrible. It does not sync, it wont update, order statuses will not flow through, you cant change anything, you are unable to manually update orders, oh and if you want to connect to 'support', you can wait for a year, OR attempt to work with their horrible AI chatbot.

We used Shippo for years and paid extra for their shipping insurance, expecting support if a package was ever lost. Unfortunately, when we finally needed to file a claim, the process became nearly impossible. They required things like a police report for a lost package, which makes no sense in many situations and feels designed to discourage claims rather than help customers. In our experience, the insurance felt almost useless because of how difficult they made the claim process. If a company sells insurance, customers should be able to reasonably use it when something goes wrong. On top of that, after removing the Shippo app from our Shopify store, we were still charged $29/month for two additional months. That was very frustrating and disappointing. The main reason we originally stayed with Shippo was for UPS Ground Saver rates, but Shopify now offers similar shipping options directly, so there is no longer a reason for us to continue using the platform. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Shippo. The insurance claim process was extremely difficult, and the continued billing after uninstalling the app made the experience even worse.

Love best shipping app by far !
Shippo has made a very rough transition as smooth as possible. We had to migrate from one platform to another for our website. In seconds, after installing Shippo on our new site, all of our orders showed up on the Shippo dashboard and continue to populate seamlessly. I highly recommend this company. Ship,ship, hurray for Shippo!

I have been using Shippo for years after tying a couple other platforms. Shippo is easy to use, even for someone not very tech savvy. I run a small business and I needed something that could scale with me as I grow. This platform has everything and plugs into shopify sites. 10/10

I find Shippo easy to use. We ship anywhere from a couple to 50 packages a day from our own store and Amazon. Both sync up well, and we get great rates whether we're shipping a couple of lip balms or 50 lbs of product to a wholesale account.
