This is a must have app. Not only is it easy to use once set up! Just what I wanted without monthly fee! just pay for your postage!

I have to admit. This App works fantastic. I was going to use Shipstation, but I had issues connecting my UPS account to that. So I decided to try Shippo out, and everything connected perfectly and easily. I think what I love best about this App is that it's not confusing to use, I didn't even have to watch any tutorials, everything is designed simplisticly and extremely easy to use. Its a great App, good job! Good thing I came across this App just in time for Black Friday :) Well done Shippo

Seriously awesome! I have been trying to find a way to create return labels and make the return process easier. THIS is definitely the way. You can include a return label with the order, and it will only charge you if it gets scanner. Better packing slips too! Shopify includes unnecessary information on the packing slip. Shippo makes it clean and simple and anything can be customized. Support responds within literally 5 minutes (even during holidays). Impressive. Thumbs up!

We love, love, LOVE Shippo! We are about to enter our second Christmas sales cycle and Shippo allows us to handle shipping stress-free. There is so much to love: low shipping rates from multiple shipping carriers, low 5-cent per label fee, intuitive website, seamless integration with Shopfiy, prompt and cheerful customer service, and so much more! Most recently, we received our first international order this week. Without thinking I first went to USPS.com to learn all about international shipping - and oh what a headache of forms, fees, regulations, and mind-blowing government red tape. Just to send our product overseas. Then it hit me - "log into Shippo". Doh! I did and image my glee as I went through the normal steps for fulfilling my orders and international shipping was an option! Not only that, but they make sure all the proper forms are filled out, etc. It was so, so easy. I'm thrilled to know companies like Shippo exist. This is the future of business, and companies like Shippo prove there is still good in humanity.

Overall, this is a wonderful shipping app. We've been using it since the beginning, and it allows us to streamline communication with our warehouse, and keep track of all tracking information. There are a few features we would like to see but the team has been quick to improve the application, so I'm sure it will continue to get better over the coming months.

Love Shippo!!!! This is the best shipping platform I have used. No hidden cost, no monthly fee, easy to use and you save so much money. Highly recommended!!!!

Before trying Shippo, I used usps.com, then stamps.com, then another shipping app made for Shopify. None of them saved me money on shipping, despite their claims. Shippo is the only app I've used that actually saves me a noticeable amount! It's easy to use, keeps track of everything in case you forget to record it for your bookkeeping records, and automatically updates your Shopify orders with tracking info, so that Shopify can send your customer shipping notification with tracking. I've looked at Shopify's new shipping app and as it stands today, Shippo is still better! Edited on 11/7/2017: Just want to say that we're still using and LOVING Shippo. I can't believe it's been two years already, but what a huge difference they've made for our business. Shipping is streamlined and has saved us an incredible amount of money these last two years. We still highly recommend them!!!

I had a few glitches getting Shippo to work with Canada Post, but that got straightened out in no time. Now I'm printing labels faster and cheaper than if I were to go to the post office. Shippo really shines when it comes to customer support. They'll answer any question professionally and on time. I also tried other shipping label apps, but the Shippo dashboard is by far the most intuitive.

I totally love Shippo, it takes all the guesswork work out of shipping orders. I love the notifications on the orders page when a customer have received their order.It is is all conveniently on one page. I love it that is automatically once a order is shipped, showes it at fullfilled in my ShopIt Store. I also noticed, that I pay a lot less, which is also great. I love the option of shipping when I create an label. What's there not to love? I will continue using it for all my orders. Thank you Shippo!!! :)

A time saver from start to finish. A snap to implement and the clean intuitive interface makes day to day use just as easy. I would strong recommend to any shop looking to save time and money processing orders. Update - have had some issues using DHL on Shippo. When I go to schedule a pick up it never works. Additionally using their account number to schedule a pick up it says Shippo's credit privileges with Shippo have been suspended. Support on the issue has been slow and their only suggestion is to go drop off the packages which is very time consuming. If you are just using for USPS and domestic I'd say use shippo, but for int'l & DHL steer clear of Shippo.

I looooove the simplicity of Shippo. It saves us plenty of time with our fulfillment. When we required a new feature added to the Shipments Export .CSV, Shippo was quick to add it. Amazing customer support! This is not to say that they'll just add whatever you require, but the fact that they implemented even a simple little addition to their platform helped us tremendously.

Shippo was absolutely instrumental in helping us get our startup off the ground. We compared and tried several different shipping apps and this one was far and away the best. It's very easy to use and their support is top notch.

I was really frustrated with trying to get my stamps.com synced with shopify. It wasn't a seamless process for me at all. Most specifically the batch orders. I also have despised the fact that stamps.com doesn't allow batch orders with MacBooks-like why and how, it is 2015. It had its pros but i'm just happy that shippo WAS seamless and brought relief to a growing disconcerting feeling. It was so easy to set up. The only thing I need is a page that shows all of my filled orders with their tracking and their current status.

This app has cut down on the amount of time our shipping team needs to get the product to our valuable customers. The shipments are done faster and easier and looks more professional. We are very happy with this app and support they have provided. Thank you!

The best app for shipping! We've used this app for several months now and highly recommend it. Very affordable and I love how they integrate with other platforms such as Etsy. Some of their Priority Mail prices are even cheaper to use than Etsy shipping. This app definitely saves you money.

100 Percent The Absolute best shipping app out there. The customer service is out of this world, they often answer within minutes, there is never any down time, the shipping is simple and easy to use and saves a ton of money.
