I really like this app. I use it for all my priority mail shipping since it is less expensive than shopify. Highly recommend.

Shippo is great. But for my store, it hasn't provided me with any extra added benefits over Shopify.

WOW... The best app on the Shopify App market to date. And I have been around for over 12 months here with the revenues of over $300,000 to date. Great value and solid implementation. I discovered what "efficiency" is... Saving money makes my day! Integrated UPS, FedEx and USPS in one spot with shippo. I previously used Stamps.com windows app for all my shipping. Turns out I would have saved a lot more money if I switched to Fedex ground with faster & GUARANTEED delivery times and cheaper pricing.

I actually can't imagine running mailordermystery.com without Shippo. It's simplified our shipping workflow, it's super competitively priced, you're not locked into any monthly plans or fees and the customer service is amazing. I'd recommend Shippo as a must have add-on to anyone selling on Shopify.

It works better and easier than using shopify's mailing app. No upfront or subscription costs. The rates are very competitive.

Just got this set up, and was about to start using it when my store launched on 4/4 - and then they lost the ability to offer USPS Media Mail, which rules them out for me. Pity. I liked it all the way til then. If you don't need Media Mail, it seems like it would be a great app.

Was amazing for a while, but they just lost the ability to offer Media Mail. Unfortunately this renders them useless for many small businesses.

So great! We've been paying pitney bowes $15.99 a month to get us WORSE deals on labels. With shippo there's no monthly fees and packages get there faster for cheaper. So happy I tried this out.

It seems like we live in a instant world nowadays. There's just no time and because of that pressure, we need answers quickly. Well, I found myself in that place the other day using Shippo. Being new to use Shippo, I had a question, but I was concerned as I thought, I will have to wait for sure for at least 24 hours before someone answers me. What should I do? I used the chat and to my surpirse, I got an answer within minutes. Then I had another question and again another answer. Each one of my questions were answered promptly which provided the needed help. I would definitely recommend Shippo. I have easily created labels and so much of the work is done for you which just makes our job easier. And regarding the pricing, again pleasantly surprised. A+ to Shippo. Thank you for your help.

After having a good period without any real issues and decent priced, easy to use shipping, I now see that they have changed their "policies" and we am NO LONGER able to get commercial plus pricing. Yet, we received ZERO notice and I had to do quite a bit of digging to understand why rates went up $.65 per padded envelope (in essence the new pricing is standard (not commercial plus as advertised when I started using this APP) USPS 2018 pricing which begins Jan 21 with $.05 added on - not any great deal. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. Shopify really needs to get these apps to honor their agreements or boot them off the site. After using the app for 2 weeks, I have encountered a label printing error and the management going back on its word. I was told they have a meet or beat pricing policy. I provided a lower shipping price for a particular box (and there are others). I was then told that it's an informal policy and they couldn't possibly match the price I provided. They also tried to tell me that it was an outdated price. When I insisted it wasn't, I was told that they can't possibly compete with a large, global company's rate and that I should understand as a small business person. I find it really reprehensible that a company doesn't honor its word - particularly since they are the ones who informed me of the meet or beat pricing policy. Moreover, I find it really manipulative that they then try to guilt me into giving them a pass by playing the "small business card." I have now had to involve Shopify and am waiting to hear from Shopify on how this is going to be resolved. If we can't trust the integrity and word of 3rd party app providers as store operators, I don't think they should be offering their services. User be forewarned that this company has absolutely no intention of honoring their so called "meet or beat" policy. They only have such a policy because they never expected they'd actually have to honor it. By the way the statement above, "We have the best discounted rates on USPS, hands down" is clearly false advertising. If this is how I treated my customers, I wouldn't have any.

We started using Shippo in July and thought it was great. It saved us time and money in handling fulfillment. But the real test came as we hit this year's holiday rush. Shippo saved us more time and more money and made this year's holiday rush our most efficient one yet. THANK YOU SHIPPO!

We cut our shipping times down by 75%. This app has been incredible and worth every penny...which helps too that it's only pennies per label and not a significant monthly fee. (I'd recommend getting 1/2 sheet shipping labels to use along with it.)

we have used shipworks and ship station and we love shippo! So affordable and so easy to use. The only thing we would love is the ability to make a custom invoice :) Otherwise we are very happy with this app!!!

It took a little while to get it going and a bit of back& forth with the app developers but we got it working and it's working well with Canada Post. It works with my Canada Post contract account. Worth the persistence, but it wasn't working at first and that pretty frustrating.
