Yes! Yes! ...I definitely recommend Shippo. It was so easy to install (less than 5 minutes) and very easy to use. No guess work-no headaches; trying to make it work or how to use it. It looked at my open order and prompt me through a series of questions and produced a label ready to print from my desktop printer. After I mailed my package, I checked Shippo only to see Shippo had already started tracking my package. How great is that. All I had left to do was to input the tracking number to my customer's email. It was my first online order and Shippo took the problem I was having from another app into a "no worries" experience. Shippo did not make false promises. I haven't been asked by them yet for a review, but I wanted other Shopify Newbies to know about this app.

What can we say about Shippo? We love it. Its super easy to use and setup and we love the little savings we get by using them. There are so many functions you can have Shippo do, such as send shipping emails to your customers. Easy to download and print your label. Makes everything flawless and easy. BAAM!

Just used Shippo for the first time. I had two orders and it was a breeze! If you have multiple packages to send through USPS, Shippo can also create a Manifest that covers all the packages you'll be sending out that day. They can also email your customer that their item has been shipped or pass it back to Shopify to do. This is a first-rate app. Highly recommended!

I actually can't imagine running mailordermystery.com without Shippo. It's simplified our shipping workflow, it's super competitively priced, you're not locked into any monthly plans or fees and the customer service is amazing. I'd recommend Shippo as a must have add-on to anyone selling on Shopify.

This app is a must have for anyone who ships. So simple to set up, literally no instructions required from install to printing labels. Effective, efficient, smooth, and affordable as it gets, I'd recommend this app to anyone who wants a simple shipping process with no B.S.

I really like this app. There are other shipping apps, but there is too much of a learning curve. Here you just install and go. Dead simple and does what it's supposed to, so it's my goto shipping app right now.

First off, Susanna is always very quick to respond, very polite, and very knowledgeable. I had a question about shipping and though it was not directly a Shippo question, Susanna was able to help me out and point me in the right direction. I'm new to the whole e-commerce shipping thing so I've had a lot of questions so far. I must say, the customer service with Shippo has been beyond fantastic. I'm a HUGE fan of this company, great people!

It works better and easier than using shopify's mailing app. No upfront or subscription costs. The rates are very competitive.

I highly recommend Shippo! It's super easy to use and gets us the bulk shipping discounts we wouldn't be able to get otherwise. Customer service is very fast and helpful.

Shippo is great! We get the best shipping rates and we're also able to print the labels within seconds! The customer support is available all the time and respond extremely fast resolving any issues or questions you might have!

Of all of the vendors that we deal with on a daily basis, there are none that compare with Shippo. The quality of the application is outstanding, and more importantly, the quality of the customer service is beyond all expectations. We HIGHLY recommend using Shippo over any other shipping service. We have run into issues with Shopify shipping (provided by Endicia) and trying to get resolution there, requires an act of Congress. With Shippo, in the VERY unlikely event that we do encounter an issue (usually due to a mistake on our part), they get right back to us (even during odd hours or weekends) and QUICKLY help us to find resolution. The best part about dealing with Shippo is that they act like real human beings who actually care about providing 100% quality service. The difference is like night and day from other label providers. I wish that I could give them 6 stars. 5 is not enough.

Just got this set up, and was about to start using it when my store launched on 4/4 - and then they lost the ability to offer USPS Media Mail, which rules them out for me. Pity. I liked it all the way til then. If you don't need Media Mail, it seems like it would be a great app.

Was amazing for a while, but they just lost the ability to offer Media Mail. Unfortunately this renders them useless for many small businesses.

This is an awesome app. Transitioning from Etsy to Shopify was a struggle, and shippo made fulfilling orders a million times easier. We love it.
