ShippyPro ‑ Shipping made easy

We use ShippyPro for shipping label creation in our Central Europe warehouse. There are not many options for shipping software that supports EU based businesses, so we were very happy when we found ShippyPro. ShippyPro is similar to apps like ShipStation, the difference being primarily a few less features and a more basic UI/UX. ShippyPro feels like a newer and smaller company, but their technical team is very fast to respond and always willing to help troubleshoot shipping or technical issues. Their tech support is based in Italy and speaks multiple languages (including English) so it is nice to have a team in the same time zone that speaks our languages. Their software works with all the major carriers and several of the more local, and smaller carriers; one of the main reasons we selected ShippyPro. I wrote a very positive review about ShippyPro back in may 2019. Over the last few months things have changed quite a bit for the worse - so I wanted to update the review, partly for the benefit of other business owners, and also in the slight chance that somebody at ShippyPro is taking the time to read feedback. When it's working, the App has and does save an enormous amount of time in creating shipping labels. I'd say that it is the most beneficial app we use. About three or four months ago (perhaps a little more), ShippyPro stopped allowing customers to open a support chat directly on their platform. to put this in context, before this you could open a chat and ask questions when you had a problem - BUT - even before, the responsiveness of the support was not good. Often you'd open a chat, ask a question, and it would be minimum 30 mins before somebody answered you - sometimes hours. Now, you can't easily open a chat - they direct you to a BOT chat and help pages - eventually you get the opportunity to write a message with your problem - but you'll be lucky to get a reply the same day. If you are lucky enough to get a reply, you will have somebody answering your questions after a few hours - so trying to resolve business and time critical problems is incredibly difficult. To summarise - amazing App when working - customer support terrible. I never thought I'd get to this point - but I'm actually looking at alternatives now. FYI ShippyPro - yes customer support is THAT important. With good support your App would get the five stars it used to - with the current support, I'm afraid it's a generous two stars.

We are based in Dubai & with Extreme Delight I am writing this review, with the quickest support and prompt action by the ShippyPro my 2 months unsolved issue came to a solution with in 1 min conversation with ShippyPro. We have tried several apps to generate shipping labels out there in shopify app store none of them worked. But to be honest ShippyPro UI and Customer support is excellent. Any one from UAE out there kindly don't waste your time with other apps just use this app you will never be disappointed.

I'd previously written a review and put 4 stars, highlighting some small deficiency of this app. The next day I was contacted by the developers, who within a few have added new features depending on the needs of my store. What more could you ask for? In itself, the service is already excellent. We use ShippyPro every day for fast printing of waybills with multiple couriers, it greatly reduces working time and facilitates the management of shipments. Moreover, with such assistance and attention to the customer it deserves more than 5 stars. Compliments!

SONO SUPER SODDISFATTO :D. Ho installato questa applicazione che mi ha semplificato in pochi click tutti i passaggi per effettuare la spedizione. Sono disponibili tutti i marketplaces e si possono registrare più corrieri. La cosa fantastica è che in automatico l'app ti calcola il prezzo inferiore della tua spedizione. Si possono personalizzare molti campi con il proprio logo ed anche le diciture all'interno delle email che ricevono i clienti. L'ASSISTENZA CLIENTI è TOP !!! rispondono anche in italiano e sono iper disponibili e rispondono immediatamente. Mi hanno aiutato in tutti i passaggi in fase di "start-up". Spero che tra qualche giorno implementeranno qualche altro template per personalizzare le fatture (per chi come me è attento al design) CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!! Bravi ragazzi. Continuate così!

Great one-step solution for creating easy& fast shipping labels! Awesome support whenever in doubt or need! Had an issue on a weekend but the customer service has been spot on! If you use different market places, have more than 1 store & creating lots of shipping labels is becoming an issue then give a chance to ShippyPro! Lots of other web integrations are available like email invoice sending & a track & trace platform with the status of your orders right at hand. No worries if you encounter any issues, the customer service is ready to help in a few seconds. I do hope our feedback will help your decision-making process.

IMPOSSIBILE NON AVERLA . ho istallato da qualche settimana questa appllicazone , sono IPER -SODDISFATTO . Aldilà del fatto che si gratis , per me hanno colto a pieno le problematiche trattate spedizioni corrieri . una piattaforma che ti permette di fare tutto in pochi click . assistenza anche in ITALIANO e persoanle gentilissimo che RISPONDE SUBITO . che dire , BRAVI RAGAZZI . Continuate così ;)

They send unwanted emails and use questionable marketing to gain your info. I requested that they take me off of whatever list they have me on where i was told that they would not do so and i would be receiving multiple emails a month for a period of at least 3 months. This sort of unrequested and unethical marketing and business practices should be all you need to know when you are thinking about doing business with them. The answer is DONT. They want your info, they want you to pay for the privilege of them taking and using your information without your consent. Stay as far away from these unethical and frankly dangerous people as you possibly can. Avoid this company like the plague.

To whom who might consider a one-stop solution for creating shipping labels: We've started using ShippyPro around 2 months ago. We've been struggling to find a one-stop solution for creating shipping labels from multiple carriers. We've tried numerous apps, but all of them lacked either one carrier that we're using extensively or didn't support creating labels outside of EU. A majority of one-stop shipping label software companies are located in US, that was also a minus because we couldn't contact them with our issues and it took a very long time to get a reply from other solutions. ShippyPro is very flexible when it comes to fixes and personalizing their service for your company's needs. Till now the best feature they have is the bulk label creation. It doesn't matter if you have 1 order or 150 orders, you are able to create labels for all of them at the same time without any worries that there will be errors along the way. If there are any errors their customer service is spot on. I've been in daily contact with Simon and Marco, they have helped me out multiple times with different requests from our side. It is great to see that somebody has created a functional and well maintained one-stop label generator. Their solution also offers different various services from receiving feedback, tracking orders, sending invoices, notifying the customer and more. It is important to understand that you don't have to use all of these functions that's what makes ShippyPro great. You are able to choose what works for you and your company and incorporate that into your daily routine. As the company is still constantly improving their platform it is crucial to understand that every new customer can chip in and help to develop the application.
