Utilizzo questo servizio per il mio e-commerce da oltre due anni e ne sono molto soddisfatto perché snellisce il processo di evasione ordini, ha un'interfaccia intuitiva e quando ho avuto bisogno di assistenza sono sempre stato ascoltato. Consigliato.

Dall'inizio funzionava bene e prezzo era democratico. Ora costa molto, ma non si può gestire i resi, e ogni piccolo servizio in più è un optional, perché nonostante il costo aumentato bisogno pagare ancora di più per altre cose accessori, assistenza a volte ottima, ma nei casi un pò particolari, l'assistenza non comprende il problema, ma se ne frega assolutamente, è un peccato.

The app itself is okay, but the team is very bad!! We have been over 6 hours in the live chat, as the plan was not working suddenly, without getting any answers. Hundreds of packages are waiting for fullfilment because of their service -.-
We installed the APP for managing domestic and overseas shipments with UPS...but unfortunately the API don't send the VAT code of my Company on the paperless documents UPS needs for customs, in few words: USELESS. We contacted the customer service and all I got was: "It's our fault, but don't know when it will be solved, thank you". Please please, just fix this issue
Before I downloaded this app, I checked their official site and it clearly stated they supported my courier but after downloading it, it turns out it does not and it is still on the page which is very misleading. I emailed them and they responded quickly but it does not seem like they communicated with each other, 3 different people sent me emails about the same issue.
There are many good features about the app in terms of automating my shipping label printing, however, their customer service is not very responsive. Also, they time stamp all their emails with the EU date format which has been very confusing for my American customers. They definitely need to fix this issue.
Very very good app...perfectly integrated with Shopify, so fast so good, The only thing they need to get better is their support, that basically seems not exist, i tried to contact them so many times to implement other courieers but nobody replied and in the end i realized that they get paied for this service, thing that i really dont understand, since now im using those curieer outside their app
Muito bom! Uso para expedir as encomendas pela DPD Portugal e o processo é simples e intuitivo. Gostaria apenas que pudéssemos alterar as definições para não aparecerem as imagens dos produtos porque no meu caso criam listas mais complicadas. update:Muito obrigado! Já está óptimo sem as imagens :)

Stimo usando questa app per gestire il flusso di spedizioni di più corrieri. Il team la trova fantastica, oltre regalare molto tempo alle persone, la parte migliore è che ha un ottimo sistema di allert che i clienti adorano. Per noi sarebbe molto utile un accesso granulare multiutente che spero metterete nei prossimi sviluppi. Il prezzo è leggermente caro per noi, considerando la somma delle app in un e-commerce con molte variabili. Il prodotto è ottimo e merita 5 stelle piene.
The app works really well and has many functionality. You have the whole order life in one shight: from label creation to tracking and notifications. Time-saving, efficient, a bless for a two-people teamwork that has to deal with a lot of orders everyday. I'm still discovering all functions and features. My only complaint go to customer support. It's not so bad (they reply at all requests) but It should be improved, made more professional, automatized, especially during initial set up with courier.
This app once setted properly is absolutely a must have of every decent e-commerce. I' been using it since a while and easily is a time saver....
This app was exactly what i was looking for but i was disappointed to find although it advertised the couriers i needed (parcelforce & DPD Local) it didn't suport them very well. After many issues the team at shippypro have added or updated everything i need to use the app succesfully- it's saves a ton of time processing orders, updates them all with the tracking info- a job that used to take hours per week can be done in a few minutes. It's a life saver! The team are fantastic, despite all the problems i raised they worked through each one for me, always replied promptly and kept me updated throughout. Would definitely recommend.
L'APP è buona e funziona bene, ha qualche bug che ho segnalato ma l'implementazione sembra lenta. In ogni caso fa risparmiare tempo e se si hanno più canali di vendita è molto comodo perchè crea gli ordini e aggiorna i tracking. Unico neo il prezzo, troppo costoso per un numero cosi esiguo di spedizioni, inoltre ci vorrebbe una soglia intermedia tra le 30 e le 250 spedizione mese - io farei a 14,99€/mese il limite delle 120 spedizioni cosi da sfruttare al massimo il potenziale senza essere penalizzati eccessivamente
We now have support with response times under 3 days. BUT unfortunately we only get answers from the sales team and also unfortunately no technically experienced answers. Sorry to say it that hard, but we have big trouble and the veins are lying white. The problem is, that we have not only one track and trace number per order, but several. For example, if the customer orders a bike and a bag and a helmet, these are several articles and therefore more than one track and trace number. According to ShippyPro you should now manually split such orders, even though the data is transferred correctly. In fact ShippyPro informs the shipping company correctly and several track and trace numbers are generated. However, ShippyPro sends only ONE track and trace number to the customer by e-mail. Such customers are of course irritated and cause a lot of administration work. It is a bug if the e-mail to the customer does not mention all the track and trace numbers that were actually processed. This information has been available to ShippyPro for weeks without getting any exact information about it. With us this causes huge problems and therefore here the evaluation. Everyone who thinks about using ShippyPro is affected by this.
This app saved a lot of time in handling the orders efficiently. Our shipping's processes have been improved significantly. Strongly recommended.
This app has taken a load off our company. It is intuitive and easy to install and setup. The price is relatively fair compared to the time it saves us. Highly recommended.
So far all is good. They have integrations with all our channels and made integrations with all our carriers, so nothing to complain.
The biggest problem is that this app will not add weight to all products like in their PRESTASHOP app. That's a huge downside because there's no such thing as "automation" if I need to fill 1000 orders by hand and check all of their weight.
Hi, The features for each marketplace are listed at the following page https://www.shippypro.com/sales-channels-shipping-integration.html As you can see parcel import is not available for Shopify However you can obtain the same result by uploading an excel file with all the dimensions and weight for each SKU
The best app that i ever use. Great integration with couriers, and other marketplaces (amazon fba, amazon fmb, ebay etc.) Super!
The best app ever in order to manage shipping and build a strong after sale relationship with customers. Highly recommended !
