We have had ShipRobot for many years. The app is great - when it works. Unfortunately when it doesn't work, support is non-existent. We've submitted 3 tickets and a personal email in the past 2 weeks without any reply and the app doesn't work, resulting us to have to manually enter freight info. We've had downtimes in the past, that took longer than expected to be resolved, and previously they also had a data breach to which no specifics were given. It's currently not working, they have no phone number to call, so this is the only way I feel we can get any form of attention. Besides a non working app is 0 stars, not even 1. Going to have to start searching for an alternative, or just bite the bullet and direct through Shopify, despite their freight discount not being as robust as ours.

I was a bit hesitant about this app at first, but once you watch the tutorial videos and play around with it, it's quite simple to use. There weren't a lot of apps that worked exactly how we needed it to for our business, and ship robot does everything we wanted! Their customer service is pretty quick to respond, too. Highly recommend trying it out!

Owner called me back when I called to make sure I had app setup correctly! Being a small business owner myself that's impressive! I love I can print up to 250 labels at a time with this app...Shopify and other apps only allow 20 orders at a time...this is a huge headache when you have 100-800 orders a day! Super easy for me to setup. We don't include invoices in orders because customers receive receipts at the time of purchase, so this app is a huge time saver! Thank you Andy! Great looking app - but as others have stated there is next to no support available. 3 weeks later and I haven't received a reply to a simple query. Stick with the other apps that are supported, even if they are a little uglier.

No support whatsoever. Never even bothered to answer my simple queries. More than happy to charge me for the app though... Very disappointed. Currently actively looking for a replacement product.

We had an insurance claim with UPS, insured by ShipRobot, which is never a good situation for us or the customer and support@shiprobot stepped in and resolved it for us.

Based on the great reviews from 2 years ago, it seems like they've given up on this app. Zero customer service at this point. Called on the phone (straight to voicemail, no callback after leaving message) and sent them two emails, but received no response whatsoever. Very disappointing. Seems like the app could've worked for me, but it wouldn't let me print USPS labels and I wanted to know how to fix the issue.

By far the best shipping app available in terms of functionality and ease of use. It's difficult to find support for Canada Post for US shipments and for us this is a must since we are Canadian shipping to our customers in the US. Andy worked with us to develop the functionality we needed to run batch jobs shipping to the US and now we can process our shipments in a fraction of the time. Big thanks to Andy for all his efforts and patience.

Great App with great support. ShipRobot eliminated all the tedious copying and pasting to email our customers tracking numbers. Now, all our shipping processes are handled in one easy to use interface. Support is outstanding! I emailed only a few questions about the app, and I got answers right away.

I really like this app. The support has been super and it is so much faster to use than entering info repeatedly through UPS. Just wish it allowed me to schedule a pick up. Support has been fast and helpful.

Great features but Batch Shipping options are limited. USPS is one of the most affordable shipping options in the USA, yet ShipRobot's Batch Job option only supports USPS (Endicia and Express1). Feature limitations: Will skip orders requiring customs info. No support for Canada Post "Contract" shippers.* No support for Swiss Post.* No support for VIPparcel.*

Fantastic app with great customer service. Andy responds very well to reasonable requests and will really work with you to make your experience a good one. Would recommend this to anyone who needs an easy, straightforward, and affordable shipping label app.

We use this to print our FedEx shipping labels. It works great and saves a bunch of time over manually copy/pasting them into the FedEx site.

UPDATE: Always delighted with the speed that the ShipRobot team handles problems. We were unable to complete a Canada Post shipping label on an Etsy order at 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday (6pm New York time). Contacted support and they had a solution for us in 6 minutes. These guys work all hours of the day to keep their products meeting our needs. This is a great app for shipping. We use it for shipping our orders from www.shinekits.com as well as our Amazon and Etsy orders. It's nice to have one app that works great with both. We use Canada Post for our shipping, and it integrates well with this app. The Canada Post app for Shopify only works with Venture One accounts. So if you have a volume based account like we do, then ShipRobot is a great option. The app is really easy to use. It's intuitive and easy to set up. One thing I would like to see in the app is an option to sync all accounts at once, or to automatically synch when you log in. Finally, the support is excellent. Always fast and courteous. Recently, the support team pushed out a code change on a Sunday to fix a bug I'd reported just minutes earlier! Highly recommended.

If you are in a hurry , get this app for these reasons Support - best ever, they implemented requests and fixes in record time Affordability - the next best competing app for this is $175 a month for our volume, this one is $50 - it will pay for itself, you even get one month free Time saving - gets your customer details from shopify automatically Cut down on support - puts all your tracking numbers in one place from all carriers Get your negotiated rates? - yes edit: Reputation They have lots of reputable companies behind them - it seems TESLA Motors uses them - The CEO there is a founding member for PayPal - I encourage you to give shiprobot your support as well so that they can be even better at what they do You absolutely have to use this app. At first I was going to say "if you ship with multiple carriers" or "if you ship lots of boxes" but the reality is, you need your customers to get their tracking numbers, from your front-end, and the only way to do this in the shopify back-end is 1) manually - when fulfilling an order you manually copy/paste the tracking number from canada post EST desktop or UPS worldship - this is horrible 2) use an app to grab the data from your shipper account and push it into shopify. 100 emails about "where's my tracking number" can be avoided with this app - it gets your order number, tracking number, customer details all in one neat location This is not the biggest strength of shiprobot though, it will allow you to get your negotiated rates from your carrier directly into one location, so you do not have to use each carrier's software separately Also, it will pull the customer address and weight of order from shopify so you do not have to copy/paste manually into your shipper software Best of all the support is 10 stars, these guys are right up there with shopify, enchant, stitch labs, and custom shipping app support teams - they implemented several requests/needs for us within a day or less usually

For UPS users ShipRobot speeds up the fulfilment process considerably. This is a product in constant development and Andy is always responsive and willing to help with tweaks to improve the user experience.

We switched to ShipRobot from doing shipments manually and saved 10 minutes per order. ShipRobot is intuitive and works seamlessly with our Shopify storefront.

WE LOVE ShipRobot! It is the simplest yet most powerful shipping app we have used. We did a trial of 5 different Shopify apps and ShipRobot beat them in every one of our needs/requirements.
