App is not working even after paying since weeks & zero support from the team. shopify must remove the app from app store

Unable to unsubscribe. Getting billed even after uninstalling app. Can't find option to unsubscribe on the shopify app store Also when I called customer support they say they can't locate the app and will get back. Have not heard back from them
