Not working properly, no support from shiprocket.

this app is sketchy, the shiprockt sales lady installed in my store with 14 day trial and then i forgot about it, in decemeber when i got my first bill there was an additional charge of 400 and something on my shopify bill, then i uninstalled the app, expecting i wouldnt have to pay from next month as i uninstalled the app but here it is again. Today is 28 jan i uninstalled the app in december and somehow they are still charging me for the app which is not even installed. tried contacting support but as expected from shiprocket, No help!! anyone who wants to try this app please remember that this app is not worth 400 rupee a month,

does not work. support does not even reply. assuming this is how they use the trial period.
