Things are getting better with Shiprocket. Especially with the escalation and the senior team helping with certain issues namely Deepak and Farha. They are extremely helpful and we are grateful for their support and prompt responses. The customer care team is quite helpful as well. I hope for these fake attempt deliveries, NDR issues, Panel Issues and Refund Issues to be sorted soon so we can continue a healthy collaboration with them.
