Terrible customer support. AWB FH004293565IN FH004305609IN FH004306255IN FH004327578IN these shipments has been delivered to the customers via India post. I checked with customers and India post official tracking site. Have raised multiple tickets, still didn't get any proper solution. I'm tired of it. Pathetic service. 29/10/2024 Update: Still didn't get any proper response from their side. I still didn't get the COD remittance.

As we discussed on the call, the shipments have been updated as delivered and you will receive the COD remittance for these shipments as soon as the COD remittance is processed by the courier (India Post) to us.
