Horrible Service, no form of accountability and/or responsibility of their actions. They mention fake delivery attempts, courier guy doesnt even go to their address and writes fake reasons of non-delivery such as COD not ready, customer not available. Horrible, unethical company. Customer support are all robots saying the same 2 things : sorry for the inconvenience caused and we have escalated your issue. Nobody is there to solve the actual problem. Please don't use their services. Shutting my account after my second shipment only.
