Our original product was stolen, and some garbage was delivered instead. We’re left to deal with irate customers and reship the correct product AGAIN — at our cost. Shiprocket shamelessly rejected all claims Even after submiting the required proofs, Let this be a warning to every business owner in India: If you care about your reputation, your customers, and your money — STAY AWAY FROM SHIPROCKET. They don’t just ruin your logistics — they destroy your brand trust, make you pay for their fraud, and then ghost you like it's your fault.
